From having one of our registered nurses conduct an extensive patient pre-audit to documenting the patient’s physical condition to tracking the time and attendance of caregivers, we monitor every aspect of a patient’s care to ensure the delivery of quality care.  In so doing, we collaborate closely with the patient’s medical staff and family members to ensure that our care is in sync with the patient’s medical or recovery plan.  Further, we consult daily with family members to gain insight on any changes in the patient’s family structure or home situation and to obtain feedback on our service.
