The Leader in Experience Award is the highest recognition awarded by HCP. It is given to select home care businesses that consistently rank among the very highest in ten or more quality metrics. As a leader in experience, Housen Homecare is now recognized among the top 10% of home care providers participating in the nationwide HCP Experience Management Program.

HCP for Provider of Choice

Housen also received the award from HCP for Provider of Choice. This distinction signifies they are among the best home care providers in the industry. Providers of Choice have a proven track record of delivering outstanding care as rated by their clients in third-party satisfaction surveys.

Employer of Choice Award

They are also delighted to announce that they have been honored with the Employer of Choice Award. Quality care starts with happy caregivers. Choosing an “Employer of Choice” means selecting a provider with excellent caregiver satisfaction ratings.

This accomplishment demonstrates Housen Homecare’s long-term dedication to excellent care and quality improvement. To qualify for these awards, 10% of Housen Homecare’s clients and caregivers were interviewed each month by HCP. 

Over twelve months, Housen Homecare received high client and caregiver satisfaction ratings in such areas as caregiver training, the compassion of caregivers, communication, scheduling, client/caregiver compatibility, and more. Using client and employee feedback and HCP benchmarks, the Housen Homecare management team set goals to reach the highest level of Experience possible.
